Our flexible technical staff is split in 4 different teams:
- Hardware engineering: experienced engineers with sound knowledge, PCB design, mechanics, production and quality control;
- Software engineering: software team with a strong knowledge on C & C++ language. Proficient with Wavecom Open Platform (Open AT);
- Mechanical engineering: Experienced engineers with deep knowledge in mechanical design: injection mould project, skilful in CAD…;

The Management:
- Bertrand Goubault de Brugiere, General Manager: Mr G. de Brugiere has over 10 years experience in international sales management for industrial and technological products. He is graduated from the Asian Superior Management Institute in France and also has an engineering degree. He is in charge of overall Maestro operations.
- Vincent Gourmelen, Regional Sales Manager, EMEA: Mr Gourmelen began to work with Fargo Telecom group mid-2006 as Marketing and Business Strategy Executive and participated into the creation of Maestro Wireless Solutions Ltd. He is, since October 2008, the Regional Sales Manager in EMEA region at Maestro Wireless Solutions. Graduated from the ESSEC group, a top French business school, Mr Gourmelen completed his degree by a Master in International Business from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business. His experience in M2M is built from his work within the Fargo Telecom group as well as academic researches carried out during his degree.
- Olivier Bernard, VP of Business Development: Mr Bernard, based out of California, has over 15 years experiences in sales, marketing, engineering and general management. Prior to joining Maestro Wireless Solutions, he spent three years with a small GPS start-up where he built-up the sales and marketing organisations from ground-up. His technology experience includes GPS systems, multiple telecommunications platforms and semiconductor devices. Mr Bernard received his MSEE from the University of Southern California and his MBA from University of California, Berkeley. He is responsible for sales and business development in the Americas.
- Emmanuel PEREIRA, Sales Manager Asia Pac: Mr PEREIRA is graduated from the Montpellier Business School (South of France) with a Master of International Business Management. He has worked in the electronic industry for 10 years and more recently in the RF low power industry in AMR/AMI, telemetry and building automation. He got extensive experience in building and managing effective distribution channels and provides proactive support to the partners and end-customers. As of today, he is responsible for the sales in Asia-Pacific region including ANZ.
- Matthieu Boulanger - Marketing Manager: Mr Boulanger graduated from the Asian Superior Management Institute in France and integrate Maestro Wireless Solutions in 2007 and he is now leading the marketing team.
- Frank Tang, Technical director: Mr Tang is the head of the R&D department. Since 1994, he is working for Fargo Telecom and has developed with his team all the Maestro modems. He is graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic in manufacturing engineering.
- Steve Tse, Account Manager: Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mr Tse was later awarded the degree of Master of Philosophy in Hong Kong. Mr Tse has more than 10 years of experience in sales and project management of consumer electronic products. He was appointed as Account Manager of the company in September 2007. He is responsible for the ODM and OEM account management of our wireless products.
- Calvin Yau, GPS Product Development Manager: Mr Yau hold a Bachelor degree and a Master Degree in Electronic Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has more than 8 years experience in Wireless product development projects. Mr Yau joined the company in January 2011 as Product Development Manager overseeing the development & customer support of GPS products.
- Joyce Lai, Coordination/Sales Support: Ms Lai has worked 7 years for the company, she handles all the logistics and the main inquiries. She is graduated from the Concordia University in Montreal with a B.Comm Degree in Finance.
